Terms & Conditions

Last updated: January 2026

1. Agreement

By engaging WebCraft Studio ("we", "us") for web design or development services, you ("Client") agree to the following terms. These terms apply to all quotes, proposals and projects.

2. Scope of Work

The scope, deliverables and timeline of each project are defined in the project proposal or quote. Any changes after approval may require an updated quote and timeline.

3. Payment Terms

Projects require a 50% deposit before work begins, with the remaining 50% due upon project completion and before final delivery. Larger projects may include a milestone-based payment schedule.

4. Revisions

Each package includes a defined number of design revisions. Additional revisions beyond the included scope may be billed at our standard hourly rate.

5. Client Responsibilities

The Client is responsible for providing timely content, feedback and access to required platforms (domain, hosting, accounts). Project delays caused by missing input may extend timelines.

6. Intellectual Property

Upon receipt of full payment, the Client owns the final website design, custom code and content. We retain the right to display the project in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

7. Third-Party Assets

Third-party tools, plugins, fonts or stock images used in the project remain under their original licenses. Premium licenses, when required, are billed separately.

8. Post-Launch Support

Every project includes 14 days of complimentary post-launch support for bug fixes. Ongoing maintenance, new features or design changes are available under a separate maintenance agreement.

9. Cancellation & Refunds

If a project is cancelled after work has begun, the deposit is non-refundable. Any work completed up to the cancellation date may be invoiced.

10. Limitation of Liability

WebCraft Studio is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of the delivered website. Our maximum liability is limited to the total amount paid for the project.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable local laws. Any disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, and binding arbitration if necessary.
